★ We offer training and mentoring to ensure you provide high quality services to guests.
★ All dancers and escorts get to keep 80% (Minxes, non-exclusive) and 85% (Temptresses, exclusive, earned position) of their tips. If you also offer Lovense (as an add-on), you’ll get to keep 90% of your tips from the Lovense jars. Please note, the floor will be open to Lovense only on Fridays and Saturdays.

★ Your avatar must be a minimum of 30 days old.
★ You must work a minimum of 3 hours (non-exclusive and Lovense only) and 5 hours (for Temptresses, earned exclusive position)
★ We require all staff members to have payment info on their files.
★ You must be comfortable at communicating and role-playing in English. English does not need to be your first language however we do not allow translators.
★ We encourage applicants of all ethnicities and backgrounds. We are an inclusive employer and do not tolerate discrimination or bullying of any sort.
★ You must have a mesh avatar which has been created to a high quality standard. We do offer support with makeovers at a cost, if this is something that you are interested in please mention on your application.
★ Non-exclusive staff can work at 01 other club (2 others for those offering only Lovense) at the same time. If you are employed elsewhere please let us know where on your application. If you are working with us and join another club, please do let us know.
★ You will need to rent an ad board to work at the Lounge and log into our tip jar system. All boards are available for L$100 per week.
★ We do not permit age play. You must be 18+ in RL/SL. Payment info on your profile is a must.

★ Please Note: Incomplete forms will be rejected. If your application is shortlisted, someone from the management team will reach out to you via IM/notecard. But if we do not hear back from you within a week of our first message, we will consider your application null and void.
★ Upon receipt of your application form, a member of the team will review and respond within 72 hours. We will invite you to an applicant’s group so please ensure you have enough group space.
★ Our management team will contact you to arrange an interview or to inform you that your application has been successful. If your application is unsuccessful we will send you a note-card with areas to improve if you are interested on re-applying.
★ At the interview, you will be asked some brief questions to assess your ability and skills. you will be asked to voice verify as part of the recruitment process.

★ Lovense will be available on the main floor for Fridays and Saturdays only. The club will also be open access, so no group tags required for guests.
★ You can choose to be non-exclusive and offer only Lovense services, in which case you only have to do three hours for the week (between Friday and Saturday)
★ You get to keep 90% of your tips.
